SPSO AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

1 Airport Regulations

Pisco International Airport is equipped with: Aerodrome Manual, Apron user Manual, Emergency Plan, SEI Procedures Manual, Airport Security Program, Dangerous Goods Manual, Identification Manual, Manual to prevent the inappropriate use of psychoactive substances.

2 Taxiing to and from aircraft stands

2.1 ADP S.A will assign through the TWR an aircraft stand number to the arriving aircraft. General aviation aircraft will have to use parking area reserved for General Aviation.

2.2 Departing flights must contact TWR for ATC clearance before taxiing. Departing aircraft shall be granted clearance to start engines, push-back, and taxiing instructions from the apron at the frequency 121.9 MHz.

3 Parking area for small aircraft (General Aviation)

There is not exclusive parking area for small aircraft.

4 Helicopter Parking area

There is not exclusive helicopter parking area.

5 Apron - Taxiing in winter conditions

Old apron: located to the west of the runway at a distance of 765 m measured from the Runway 22 threshold; 90.91 m long by 55 m wide, with an area of 5000 m2 (according to the concession contract) and a taxiing surface at a level of Portland cement concrete slabs.

New apron: located to the west of the runway at a distance of 413 m, measured from the Runway 22 threshold; irregular in shape, with an approximate area of 48275 m2 and a taxiing surface at a level of Portland cement concrete slabs.

In case of an aircraft is rendered disabled on a runway, it is the duty of the owner or user of that aircraft to ensure that it is removed as soon as possible. If the owner does not remove a disabled aircraft from the runway as soon as possible, it shall be removed by the aerodrome authorities at the owner’s or user’s expense.

Due to the proximity of the prohibited zone SPP 69 (2500 ft AMSL/GND), coordinate in advance the overflying of the aerodrome and its vicinity with Pisco TWR.

SPSO - SPLH - SPZA VFR flights and/or vice versa keep to the right of Carretera Panamericana.

Pilots require instructions from Pisco Torre to overfly or cross near SPD15, SPD17 zones.
